What room choices does Gulsar offer?
There are two room categories: Deluxe without Balcony and Deluxe with Balcony. The hotel has twelve rooms in total, including four in the balcony category. Available rooms depend on your dates; check Nasmu Stays for the options for your stay.
Does every room have a balcony?
No. Choose Deluxe with Balcony if you want a private balcony. The Deluxe Room category does not include one.
Are heating options available at Hotel Gulsar?
Alternative heating options are available. Ask the reservations team which arrangement is available for your selected room and dates, what it includes and whether any additional charge applies.
How do I choose a room for my family?
Share the number of adults and children, the children’s ages and any bedding needs with the reservations team. Confirm the category’s standard occupancy, extra-bed arrangement and total quote before reserving.
Meals & planning
What do EP, CP and MAP mean?
EP is room only. CP includes breakfast. MAP includes breakfast and dinner. Compare the available plan, inclusions and final price for your dates on Nasmu Stays.
Can I ask about a group or agency booking?
Yes. Prepare a group or travel-agent enquiry with your dates, number of rooms, party size and meal preference. Nasmu Stays handles the reservation arrangements; a quote request does not hold rooms.

What are the check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is from 2 PM and checkout is by noon. If your arrival falls outside those times, discuss the arrangement before you travel.
What should I know about room access?
Rooms are accessed by stairs. If stairs affect your stay, discuss the available room and access arrangement with the reservations team before booking.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

Does preparing a stay plan make a booking?
No. The planner prepares a message for you to review and share. A reservation is confirmed through the booking process; preparing or opening a message does not reserve a room.
