Gulsar has twelve rooms: eight Deluxe without Balcony and four Deluxe with Balcony. Share the number of rooms and your preferred mix. Availability for a group depends on the actual dates and existing reservations.

Tell the team how many adults and children are travelling, children’s ages where relevant, and whether you need separate rooming or extra-bed arrangements. Confirm each category’s occupancy and bedding before relying on a rooming list.

Choose a starting meal preference: EP for room only, CP for breakfast or MAP for breakfast and dinner. Ask for the complete quote, including any child or extra-bed requirements, payment schedule and applicable cancellation terms.

Transport, sightseeing, special meals and early or late arrival requests need their own confirmation. A group enquiry does not hold rooms or establish a discount, commission or exclusive-use arrangement.
